BLS makes use of a fully operational Call Centre that operates on a 24/7/365 basis. The Call Centre is staffed by industry-skilled agents who are able to provide a technically proficient service.
All calls made from the Call Centre to our customers or merchants, as well as all calls made by our customers and merchants are recorded for quality, security and training purposes by a state-of-the-art customer interaction client telephonic system.
