Breakdown, Roadside Assistance & Towing Services (Optional)

BLS will facilitate the infrastructure necessary to provide a total Roadside Assistance Service which is integrated with the VMT and Telemetry system. The 24/7/365 Roadside Assistance service will be managed through the BLS call centre which will be used for logging the request for assistance, determining the nature of assistance required and dispatching the necessary support within agreed timelines.
